Chris Makes Meatballs | From the Home Kitchen | Bon Appétit

Join Chris Morocco back in his home kitchen as he makes weeknight meatballs. We stripped meatballs down to the most essential elements, creating a recipe that is easy enough for a postwork dinner. Making larger meatballs means they actually have time to properly brown in the oven without overcooking.

  • What makes this so hurtful for your former fans is that all you had to do was be decent humans and pay people what they're worth. CN completely squandered a golden opportunity.. Stellar crew, on camera and behind, enormous fan base and the chance to shine so brightly during a very dark time. And you chose to undervalue BIPOC and make this sad, grasping attempt. I'm upset I waited this long to unsubscribe.

  • Chris has a family that I am sure he wants to provide for but that doesn’t give him a free pass to be an awful person in these incidents. Not only did he not stand by his colleagues, he’s blatantly ignoring the call for transparency. I surmise individuals felt intimately connected with the Test Kitchen host due to the video format and perhaps it shouldn’t be that way but this is a total let down.

    • @monica laryea I am not sure of the significance of Sohla saying this in Vulture mag as opposed to any other forum. Anyone in a position of power at BA is responsible, they could have been an ally but ended up doing damage even if it's through silence. This includes Chris and others. Now as objective as I can be here, this is a very particular statement of someone's personal view construed and represented by a person who is not on good terms with them. Which one person has denied and there is no proof otherwise. I feel it is not fair taking sides for this particular statement.

      MASrose8MASrose819 giờ trước
    • @Avani P But you have to ask yourself why would she just make this up especially to VULTURE mag of all people. I really don’t recommend dismissing this as a baseless accusation/lie when this type of stuff directly contributed to the silencing of POC in BA. At the end of the day, Chris is richer and more successful than most. He was in a position of power and based off that alone contributed to the mess regardless of how small. I personally am going to believe her over him. To just label this as hearsay absolves him of his responsibility and if the quote was misconstrued then that it’s telling of the bigger issue with BA.

      monica laryeamonica laryea19 giờ trước

I'm not disappointed that he stayed, truthfully, I really couldn't care about that; I'm disappointed that he didn't address the issue when it was fresh, and I'm disappointed that he didn't address the issue now. If he truly cared, he'd have said something more than, "I want to be involved in the conversation about meat balls." I loved your videos Chris, and now I have a bad taste in my mouth.
